so week 3 of running is in the books. i logged about 27 miles thus far and feel even more like an old man 🙂 but old guys rule right? haha…i’m am looking forward to this week though. i think i’m starting to feel better with my runs and hoping to make the 3 mile loop a standard. if i can finish off this first month with 40miles logged, i think i’d be happy with that.
